 We invite you to submit a request for proposal from Equips – and in the process, take E-LINK for a test drive. We’ll give you access to E-LINK for quote purposes and instructions for uploading the information we need to show you how Equips can save you up to 20% on your equipment maintenance budget.
We’ll need the most recent copy of a service contract invoice that includes equipment descriptions, manufacturer, model number and annual cost for each item, or a current list and invoices for equipment currently on time and material service.
Our custom proposal will consolidate your current equipment and maintenance contracts into one comprehensive plan. It will contain:
- an analysis of your equipment maintenance costs and coverage
- an assessment of your current equipment management plan
- cost saving program options, where applicable
- a plan for the successful delivery of administrative and technical support
