- In lieu of placing multiple phone calls, users can dispatch automated service requests for one or more items of equipment
- Management can elect to specify service vendors
- SDC generates ticket confirming service request(s)
- SDC contacts service vendors to arrange the service event; SDC can provide estimated time of arrival of maintenance technician on site
